We have all the popular classes so whether it is Hot, Hatha, Vinyasa or Yin Yang that suits your need, we have our own signature sequences for you.
Suggested for All Levels. Teachers present/suggest more challenging variations so classes are appropriate for all from beginners to advanced students, creating an environment to build and strengthen your practice over time.

Our bodies weren't designed to sit all day, we were designed to get up and move. This class helps fix common problems caused by sitting at a desk all day long. We'll get your blood flowing and we'll tire you out as we stretch your shoulders, strengthen your back, relax your legs and open your hips.
When you coordinate your breath and movement, you quiet your mind and start to destress. This class starts with an energetic 30 minute vinyasa class and then settles into a very gentle flow for another 30 minutes. The first half tires you out and the second half puts you into a deeply relaxed place.
A set sequence of yoga poses practiced in a heated room of up to 38-40°C to promote sweat and flexibility. Poses are slow, static, and repeated twice so you can get deeper into the practice. Classes are suitable for beginners especially those who do not exercise regularly.
Our ABSOLUTE YOU signature hot series of 50 yoga poses practiced in a room heated to 38°C -40°C. Great for beginners with added "spice" for the regular hot yogis.

“Vinyasa” means to flow or link purposefully. Deepen your practice by linking movement and breath. Postures vary from class to class so you can explore a wide range of poses & test your physical boundaries.

Take the next step in your practice with a more dynamic flow of postures. Slightly faster paced than Hot Yoga, includes some of the same foundational poses. The room is heated to 30°C
A compressed version (45 min) of Hot Flow for those hard-pressed for time yet don’t want to miss their practice.
A class that explores basic poses, breath work, and alignment to promote flexibility and balance. It is a slower-paced class. Great for beginners with enough variety for all yogis.
A class designed to blend two opposing energies, Yin (passive) and Yang (active), to achieve strength and flexibility through the postures. This combination helps you to achieve the perfect balance of a healthy body, a calm mind, and a peaceful soul.
A class that combines Vinyasa flow and Pilates mat work. Perfect class for students who love the fast pace of Vinyasa flow to promote sweat but also aim to build core strength through Pilates.
