WHAT YOU (the beginners) NEED TO KNOW...

BOOKING

  • Checking & Booking a class is easy - either
    1) Use our application “ABSOLUTE YOU” available in the App Store & Google Play
    2) Go to online booking section on our website
    3) Give the studio a call.
    Using the App is way cooler. Be hip.

FACILITIES & EQUIPMENTS

  • Changing rooms, showers, towels, lockers, yoga mat, cycling shoes are all available for your use. Lockers require your own lock.

  • NOTE please keep those precious valuables at home. If you have to bring your bling, use the smaller lockers in the studio room where you can keep an eye on them.

BEFORE CLASS

  • Eat 2-3 hours before your class and drink plenty of water.

  • Form fitting pants and a tee / training top are cool for class. Make sure you’re comfortable and make sure your freshly laundered. Clean gear will make your class and others far more enjoyable!

ETIQUETTE

  • Arrive early and avoid the walk of shame into class after it starts. The first few minutes is the warm up so you rock the rest of the class.

  • Students new to Rhythm Cycling, Pilates Reformer and Coreblast need to attend minimum 1 session of foundation class.

  • Talk before and after class. Once you’re in the room, let your exercise do the talking.

  • LTurn off your mobile. This is your time. Be good to yourself and shut out the distractions. The world will keep turning while you keep exercising.
