You get the definition in the muscles through the way we teach you to use the resistance on the Pilates Reformer machines. This very precise slower movement of building the muscle and then lengthening it within the same routine results in longer leaner muscles. You’ll have a smaller shape and a better physique.
Toned abs & arms, firm butt & thighs. When we teach, we follow the core principals of Pilates. We teach you the correct way of engaging your muscles without using momentum like some weight exercises do. We focus on every little muscle in your body as well as the big ones. Focusing on the small muscles help define the larger ones. Toning comes from the way the exercises define the muscles.
Pilates was developed for rehabilitation and as such with those principals in mind it helps in spinal movement and increase overall flexibility. Conventional workouts tend to focus on the same muscles over and over again. Subsequently this means that weak muscles get weaker and strong muscles get stronger. Suggested for All Levels. Teachers present/suggest more challenging variations so classes are appropriate for all from beginners to advanced students, creating an environment to build and strengthen your practice over time.

Foundation class orients students in a safe operation of the reformers used in group classes and introduces them to a systematic order and choreography of the exercises. Students will learn 5 important principles of Pilates on Reformer to prepare themselves for reform classes. Minimum 1 session needed.uggested for students who have practiced more than 10 Pilates Reformer classes.
Note: Students new to Pilates Reformer need to attend minimum 1 session of Foundation class.
